At Kridha, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Kridhaeu18@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related issues, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, contact us at Kridhaeu18@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • An incorrect item was shipped.

In such cases, Kridha will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
